Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using GoRaabta, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, please do not use our platform. These terms apply to all users: freelancers, clients, and visitors.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use GoRaabta for:
Illegal activities, fraud, or scams
Posting false, misleading, or deceptive content
Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users
Plagiarism or copyright infringement
Posting adult, uethical content, violent, or offensive content
Attempting to bypass our security measures
Collecting user data without consent
Impersonating another person or entity
Payments & Fees
Payment Methods: Users are responsible for arranging their own payment methods.
Disputes: Payment disputes are between freelancers and clients. GoRaabta provides communication tools but does not mediate financial disputes.
Intellectual Property
Your Content: You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant GoRaabta a license to display and distribute your content on our platform.
Our Platform: GoRaabta's design, logos, and code are our property and may not be copied without permission.
Order & Delivery
When a client places an order:
The freelancer agrees to deliver the described service
Delivery timelines are established at order placement
Revisions should be specified in gig descriptions
Order cancellation terms are between the two parties
Reviews & Ratings
Users may leave honest reviews based on actual experiences. We reserve the right to remove fraudulent or abusive reviews.
Limitation of Liability
GoRaabta is a platform connecting freelancers and clients. We are not responsible for:
Quality of delivered work
Payment disputes between users
User conduct or communications
Indirect or consequential damages
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify GoRaabta from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your disputes with other users.
